The executive committee of the Deer Park Tennis Club Inc. hereby declare that the 2022/23 Annual General Meeting of the club will be held on Tuesday 25th July, 2023 from 7.00pm at our Sassella Park clubhouse.

At this meeting we will discuss the activities of the club for the 2022/23 club financial year. An update regarding the club's current position and exciting future plans will be provided.

If you can not attend, please let me know and an apology will be made on your behalf.

If you would like to nominate a current financial member over the age of 18 years, holding senior or family membership, for a position on the committee please This email address is being protected from spambots. Only one member per family membership entitled to join the committee as per the club's constitution. To be nominated for a position on the committee, you need an entitled current financial member to nominate and an entitled current financial member second the nomination, as per the club's constitution.

All committee positions will be declared vacant on the night and an election will be held to select a new committee for 2023/24.
