The executive committee of the Deer Park Tennis Club Inc. hereby declare that the 2023/24 Annual General Meeting of the club will be held on Tuesday 6th August, 2024 from 7.00pm at our Sassella Park clubhouse.

At this meeting we will discuss the activities of the club for the 2023/24 club financial year ending 31st March, 2024. An update regarding the club's current position and exciting future plans will be provided.
If you can not attend, please let Shane Braszell know and an apology will be made on your behalf.

If you would like to nominate a current financial member over the age of 18 years, holding senior or family membership, for a position on the committee please reply to this email or via our PO Box 2069 Brimbank Central Deer Park Victoria 3023. Only one member per family membership entitled to join the committee as per the club's constitution. To be nominated for a position on the committee, you need an entitled current financial member to nominate an entitled current financial member, as per the club's constitution.
Please ensure that your membership is current. There are a few members who have membership outstanding. You can update your membership by paying direct debit to our club bank account before 6th August, 2024.- Deer Park Tennis Club Inc. BSB 063-253 Account 1095 6580.
All committee positions will be declared vacant on the night and an election will be held to select a new committee for 2024/25.
