Please be advised that the executive committee of the Deer Park Tennis Club Inc. hereby gives notice of the 2013/2014 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held at our club on Sunday 6th July, 2014 @ 7.30pm.
Your attendance at this meeting would be greatly appreciated.

1. Welcome
- Register of attendance.
2. Opening remarks/apologies
3. Business arising from minutes of 2012/2013 AGM.
4. Motion to accept minutes of 2012/2013 AGM.
5. Reports – President, Secretary and Treasurer.
6. General Business
- Presentation of awards and trophies.
7. Election of Executive Committee 2014/2015.
8. Refreshments and Social Tennis.
