Dear Members,

The executive committee of the Deer Park Tennis Club Inc. hereby declare that the 2019/20 Annual General Meeting of the club will be held on Sunday 27th September, 2020 at 7pm via Zoom.
This meeting will discuss the activities of the club for the 2019/20 club financial year, which is pre Covid-19. An update regarding the club's current position will be also provided.

Time: Sept 27, 2020 @ 7pm

Meeting access details have been emailed to members - if you haven't received the details, please email agm at deerparktc.com (replace the 'at' with '@').

The club will be holding the meeting online due to the Covid-19 pandemic restrictions. If you can not attend, please let me know and an apology will be made on your behalf.

If you would like to nominate a current financial member over the age of 18 years, holding senior or family membership, for a position on the committee please email agm at deerparktc.com (replace the 'at' with '@') or via our PO Box 2069 Brimbank Central Deer Park Victoria 3023. Only one member per family membership entitled to join the committee as per the club's constitution.

To be nominated for a position on the committee, you need an entitled current financial member to nominate and an entitled current financial member second the nomination, as per the club's constitution.

(4) & (5) Vice President x2
(6) Assistant Secretary
(7) & (8) General Committee x2.

If you have any questions then please email agm at deerparktc.com (replace the 'at' with '@') and those questions will be raised and an answer will be provided during the meeting. As there will be no trophies presented, we anticipate that the meeting will be no longer than 25-30 minutes.
