Dear Members,

The executive committee of the Deer Park Tennis Club Inc. hereby declare that a General Meeting of Members will be held on Tuesday 4th October, 2022 at 7.00pm at our Sassella Park clubhouse.

At this meeting we will be holding an election to select a new committee for 2022/23.

If you would like to nominate a current financial member over the age of 18 years, holding senior or family membership, for a position on the committee please reply to this email or via our PO Box 2069 Brimbank Central Deer Park Victoria 3023. Only one member per family membership entitled to join the committee as per the club's constitution. To be nominated for a position on the committee, you need an entitled current financial member to nominate and an entitled current financial member second the nomination, as per the club's constitution. You can also nominate and be nominated on the night of the meeting.

All committee positions will be declared vacant on the night and an election will be held to select a new committee for 2022/23.

(2) Secretary
(3) Treasurer
(4) & (5) Vice President x2
(6) Assistant Secretary
(7) & (8) General Committee x2.

The election is expected to take no longer than 30 minutes. No other business will be considered or raised on the night.
